超声波提取红瑞木红色素工艺参数的遴选

摘要 用超声波法提取落叶灌木红瑞木(Cornus alba)红色素,并分析了超声提取的温度、时间、物料比等因素对红瑞木红色素提取率的影响。结果表明:温度60℃、功率250 W、料液质量比1 g∶30 mL的提取条件,超声提取30 min,提取率最大。 An experiment was conducted to study the effects of extraction temperature, extraction time and ratio of material to solvent on the extraction efficiency of red pigment from Comus alba by ultrasonic wave. The optimal extraction conditions were obtained as extraction temperature 60 degree C, extraction power 250 W, ratio of material to solvent 1 g : 30 mL, and extraction for 30 minutes. The extraction efficiency of red pigment under the optimal condition is the maximum.
