摘要
玉米产业是吉林省的主导产业之一。经过30年的发展,在市场结构、产品加工深度、发展方式等方面发生了根本性变化,同时也面临着值得重视的问题,包括种植业结构不尽合理、资源透支性使用、市场竞争力不强、产业链条不长、产业集群成长缓慢等。针对这些问题,要不断优化种植业结构,推进玉米种植业的规模化经营,提升玉米综合加工水平并确定科学的发展方向,建立粮食主产区利益补偿制度和生态补偿政策,支持玉米主产区玉米加工业的发展。
The maize industry is one of the leading industries in Jilin province.It had been fundamental changes in market structure,processing depth and mode of development after 30 years of development,and also be faced with some problems to be worth notice,including cropping unreasonable,resource use overdraft,market competitiveness is not strong,the industry chain is not long,slowness in the industrial clusters and so on.Aiming at these problems,the author suggested corresponding methods for the development of maize industry.
