摘要
提出了大学生思想政治教育融入职业生涯教育的观点,并结合浙江工贸职业技术学院轻工系工作实践,从辅导体系、队伍体系、激励机制及如何培养大学生综合素质等方面进行比较详细的理论和实践方面研究。
The point of view about college students career planning integrating with ideological and political education is introduced, and the counseling system, team system, incentive mechanism and training of college students＇ integrated qualities are studied in deep integrating with the actual case of light industry department in Zhejiang Industry ＆ Trade Vocational College.
