摘要
改革开放以来,中国社会组织迅速崛起,吸引了学术界关注的目光。然而,对于那种具有"合法"身份的民办社会组织而言,究竟采用一种什么样的生存策略,来适应现行的制度环境并持续性地获取社会资源,却是当前学术研究的薄弱之处。从恩派(NPI)公益组织发展中心的个案来看,其采取的生存策略是"去政治的自主性",这是一种适应"选择性支持"的制度环境的有限自主性,是一种主动或有意识地压缩了公共利益表达功能的公共服务提供上的自主性。"去政治的自主性"是当前中国特殊体制下的产物,亦是当前中国民办社会组织功能失调的一种表现。
Since the reform and opening-up,Chinese social organizations have risen rapidly,which has attracted the attention of academic circles.However,it is a weak spot to research on the survival strategy which the civilian-run social organizations with legal identity had used to adapt to the current institutional circumstance and obtain the social resources constantly.Taking Non-Profit Incubator as an example,it chooses 'depoliticized autonomy' as its survival strategy,which is the limited autonomy of adapting to the institutional circumstance of 'selective support',and is the autonomy of providing public services but compressing the expression function for public interests.'Depoliticized autonomy' is the product of the current Chinese special system as well as the expression of dysfunction of social organizations.
