焊接接头中的裂纹对风险检验结果的影响

摘要 由于各种原因,裂纹经常存在于已投用设备的焊接接头中,API 581中考虑了应力腐蚀开裂、疲劳裂纹等少数几种。以API 581为主要理论依据,阐述了裂纹对设备风险、设备下次检修时检验策略的影响,并简单提出了消除这种影响的方法。 Due to various reasons,cracks often exist in many welded joints of the equipments in use.And only a few kinds of cracks such as stress corrosion cracking,fatigue crack,etc.have been considered in API581.Taking API581 as the main theoretical foundation,this paper expounds the influence of crack on the equipment risk and inspection strategies for the next equipment upkeep.It also puts forward some methods to eliminate such influence.
