摘要
科研投入效益的最终衡量指标是科研产出,随着我国对高校科研投入的逐年增长,高校科研产出与投入相关性的研究备受关注,但对其进行定量分析的研究成果甚少。本文根据1991年-2008年高校科研投入和产出的数据,对我国高校科研投入与产出的状况进行了分析和探讨;运用Matlab统计软件对大量的原始数据进行运算处理,建立了高校科研投入及其产出多种指标相关性的关联模型,揭示并探讨其规律;最后根据分析结果提出相关政策建议。
The ultimate index of R&D input is the research output. As the universities have contin- ually increased their input into R&D, the output of university R&D has attracted a great deal of attention. However, there are lacks of the quantitative analysis of the input and output data. The more important information, which has been hidden from those data, is the correlation between research input and output as well as the forecast of their developmental trends. Based on the data of university R&D input and output from 1991 to 2008, this article illustrates the current status of the Chinese universities R&D input and output. The article simulates the original data type use Matlab and set up the recursive model for various index of R&D input and output of Chinese universities. The last, base on the result of analysis, the article put forward to suggestions for R&D input and output of universities in China.
