摘要
研究了活性炭纤维(ACF)对甲苯气体的动态吸附净化过程及热空气解吸脱附再生过程。采用3种经验方程对ACF的吸附等温线进行拟合,其中Langmuir方程拟合效果最好,拟合相关系数R2=0.996 0,说明在给定的浓度范围内,ACF对甲苯的吸附是以单分子层吸附为主。穿透曲线实验表明,ACF对甲苯吸附效果较好,Yoon-Nelson模型对穿透曲线进行拟合的相关度高。热空气脱附再生实验表明,适宜脱附条件为脱附温度130℃、流量10.0 L/min;ACF多次再生后吸附效率保持在80%以上。
The dynamic adsorption of gaseous toluene on activated carbon fibers(ACF) as well as the regeneration of ACF were studied.Three empirical equation were used to correlate the experimental data and results showed that Langmuir equation fit well(R2=0.996 0),it indicated that molecule level adsorption of toluene mostly occurred.The breakthrough curves show that ACF had high saturated adsorption capacity for toluene.The Yoon-Nelson model was developed to fit for the toluene breakthrough process and had good results.The regeneration of ACF was also studied.The condition of 130 ℃,10.0 L/min air flow was suggested to adopt in industrial applications.After regenerating for several times,ACF still had high adsorption efficiency,which was above 80%.
