摘要
在当前信息化社会的背景下,图书馆员的职业化发展是我国图书馆员成长的必然选择,如何克服专业化发展道路上我国图书馆员职业成长的障碍,探索我国图书馆员专业化发展的具体途径,是摆在我们面前的重要课题。对图书馆员专业化、职业化发展提出了一些建议。
Under the current background of information society, the professional development of librarians is an inevitable choice for the growth of China’s librarians. Overcoming the obstacles against the professional growth of China’s librarians on their professional development road and probing into the concrete paths for the professional growth of China’s librarians have become the important issues in front of us. This paper puts forward some suggestions on librarians’ specialized and professional development.
