摘要
目的:观察针刺联合康复训练治疗卒中后吞咽障碍的临床疗效。方法:将90例病人随机分为3组,每组各30例。针刺配合吞咽康复组(治疗组)采用针刺联合康复训练治疗;针刺组30例仅以针刺治疗;康复组只用康复训练治疗。3组常规药物治疗相同。结果:治疗组总有效率为86.7%,优于针刺组和康复组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺配合吞咽康复训练治疗卒中后吞咽障碍疗效较显著。
Objective：To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with swallowing training on dysphagic patients after stroke.Methods：Ninety dysphagic patients were randomly divided into three groups for research,30 cases in each group.Acupuncture combined with swallowing treating group（treatment group）,treated with acupuncture and swallowing treating according exactly to the methods above;Acupuncture group was treated with acupuncture therapy;Swallowing training group was treated with swallowing training.Three groups undergo the same drug therapy.Results：The effective rate of 86.7% in the treatment group was superior to that in the contrast group（P0.05）.Conclusion：The treatment of acupuncture combined with swallowing training shows a remarkable curative effect and shows a better effect than only treatment with acupuncture or swallowing training.
