摘要
目的以工作过程系统化理论为依据设计一种高职护理专业临床护理仿真训练课程,对护生的临床思维与技能进行强化训练,提高其内化的护理能力。方法通过对临床护士的调研,进行岗位工作任务分析,筛选出高聚集度训练项目(护理案例)20种作为“临床护理仿真训练课程”的学习情境,每个案例又以5步9表进行思维与技能训练。结果设计出《临床护理思维与技能仿真训练教程》和基于计算机网络技术的《护理仿真训练平台》为课程载体。预测试中207名护生9张表平均成绩为53.2~74.1分,成绩呈正态分布。师生评价此训练课程能明显提高护生的临床护理能力。结论工作过程系统化的临床护理仿真训练课程是一种创新的护理训练课程,适用于高职护生能力培养。
Objective To design a curriculum of clinical nursing simulation training based on working process systematization theory, which will not only enhance students' clinical thinking and skills but also improve their internal nursing abilities. Methods After clinical nursing research and task analysis, 20 nursing cases of training project with high degree of aggregation were selected as study environment. The training was presented with 5 steps and 9 tables in each case. Results The book of clinical nursing thinking and skills simulation training tutorial was designed. The nursing simulation training platform based on network was used as the curriculum carrier. The average score of 9 tables with 207students ranged from 53.2 to 74.1 in pre-test. The results showed a normal distribution. Both the teachers and students found the training course could significantly improve clinical nursing ability. Conclusions The clinical simulation training course based on working process systematization is an innovative course suitable for improving the abilities of vocational nursing students.
