摘要
目的:探讨突发性聋伴耳鸣患者的耳鸣心理声学检测意义,分析突发性聋伴耳鸣患者的主观分级与听力损失之间的关系。方法:所有42例突聋并伴耳鸣患者行纯音听阈测试及耳鸣心理声学测试(耳鸣频率、响度、最低掩蔽级和后效抑制试验),并行耳鸣主观分级评估,对所得结果进行统计分析。结果:①耳鸣音调匹配类型以纯音及窄带噪声为主;耳鸣匹配频率以高频及低频为主且与听力下降最大频率具有一致性;耳鸣匹配响度不大;耳鸣掩蔽曲线类型以重叠型和汇聚型为主;残余抑制试验以部分阳性为主。②耳鸣主观分级与听力下降程度存在相关性。结论:突聋伴耳鸣患者的耳鸣心理声学特征存在个体差异,耳鸣主观分级随着听力下降程度增高而加重。
Objective：To explore tinnitus psychoacoustical detection significance in the patients with sudden deafness.To explore the relationship of the tinnitus patients with subjective grading between hearing loss.Methods：All 42 cases of sudden deafness patients test were studied.Tinnitus pitch-matching,loudness-matching,minimum masking level（MML）and residual inhibition tests were performed on the patients.Results：Firstly,tinnitus tones matching type：pure and narrowband noise are most.T Tinnitus pitch—matching and hearing loss of maximum frequency consistency have a high-pitched tinnitus.Tinnitus matching loudness is a little.Tinnitus masking curve types ：overlap type and gathering type are most.Residual inhibit test ：artial inhibitio are most.Secondly,tinnitus subjective classification and correlation between degree of hearing loss.Conclusion：Psychoacoustic techniques can produce a useful amount of clinical data regarding tinnitus in different aspects,for tinnitus treatment provides detailed clinical data.Tinnitus patients produced psychological impact with hearing loss degree increased heavier.
