摘要
南京扬子—金浦100kt/a丁苯橡胶合资项目的化学品配制单元P-2配制搅拌器在使用过程中存在电动机功率过大、运行温度高且漏油等现象,维护维修工作量大等疑难问题。经充分的市场调研、认真分析研究以及相关计算,选用了新的搅拌系统,从而解决了上述问题。通过一个使用周期的验证,设备运行良好,并体现了一定的经济效益和社会价值。
In the application of P-2 agitator in butadiene rubber plant, there existed the phenomena of extra consumed motor power, high motor temperature and oil leakage and the problem of difficult maintenance. Through market investigation, theoretical analysis and relevant calculation, new agitator system was selected and the above problems were solved. After the performance of this new agitator for one period, it has been proved that the selection is correct.
