摘要
图书馆人事管理改革已经成为图书馆界重要的研究议题。本文对国内图书馆人事管理的研究成果进行概括总结,对当前图书馆人事管理的主要研究议题分六方面进行归纳概述,在分析其存在不足的基础上,提出了今后的研究方向与重点。
The reform of personnel management in libraries has become an important research topic.This article generalizes the domestic research achievement of personnel management of the library.The current research topics or issues are summarized from six aspects.At last,the article points out a few disadvantages of domestic study and puts forwards the research directions and problems in the future.
