摘要
基于1999~2008年中国省级面板数据,分析了国家房地产宏观政策对住房价格影响的长期趋势和中国各省市区房价短期波动的差异,模型研究的结果可以在一定程度上发现当前中国住房市场存在的深层次问题,预测住房市场的发展状况和价格波动趋势,为政府宏观调控提供新的视角和数量分析的依据。
Based on China's provincial panel data from 1999 to 2008, the paper analyzes the long-term influence of real estate national macroeconomic policies on house price and the short- term fluctuation differences of house price in China. Research results can discover the deep prob- lems of China's housing market to a certain degree, and predict the development of the housing market and the house price fluctuation. The research can provide new angles and qualitative analysis basis for government macro-control.
