摘要
本文围绕第三次青藏高原大气科学试验的观测需求,从高原气象科学技术问题、高原气象前期科学试验、高原气象观测设计与站网布局等方面,分析了发展青藏高原及周边地区气象综合观测系统的重要意义、技术关键和重点目标,提出了观测系统的布局思路和建设方案,为我国第三次青藏高原大气科学试验提供观测基础支撑。
In view of the observing requirement for the 3rd Tibetan Plateau Atmospheric Scientific Experiment(TIPEX Ⅲ) in China,it is analyzed the important significance,key technology and major objective to optimize comprehensive meteorological observation system on Tibetan Plateau and surrounding areas from the aspects of scientific problems,previous scientific experiment and observing design-layout in the plateau meteorology.And the layout plan and establishing scheme of the observation system have been put forward.It lays the observing foundation for the TIPEX Ⅲ in China.
