摘要
对集体备课、教案测评、成绩分析等教学活动进行准确客观的评价,既是院校课程评价的客观要求,也是规范教学行为、提高教学效益的一种科学手段。本文研究教学活动组织实施情况评价体系,提出时效性测评和质量测评相结合,定性分析和定量计算相结合的评价方法,开发相应的教学过程管理评估系统。最后结合实例,分析评价的实施过程,验证评价体系和评价方法的客观性与科学性。
Taking accuracy and impersonal evaluation to collective lesson planning,teaching planning measurement,and grade analysis etc,is not only the demand of course evaluation,but also a scientific way for standardizing the teaching actions and improving the teaching efficiency.The evaluation system of organizing and implementing teaching activities is studied,an evaluation method of integrating timeliness assessment and quality assessment,qualitative analysis and ration calculation is proposed.Lastly,an instance is analyzed to bring forth the evaluation process,whereas the impersonality and rationality are demonstrated.
