摘要
平顺性是自行火炮的一项重要性能指标。良好的平顺性能保证武器系统的可靠性,而且能降低驾驶员的劳动强度。以某型自行火炮为研究对象,建立了某型自行火炮的动力学模型,并采用脉冲输入平顺性试验进行了模型验证。仿真分析结果与试验数据吻合度较好,验证了模型的可靠性及有效性。对该自行火炮进行了随机路面行驶平顺性仿真分析,并进行了评价。仿真及评价结果表明,该火炮系统的平顺性较好。
Ride comfort is a key index of a self-propelled gun.A good ride comfort ensures the high reliability of the weapon system,and can reduce the intensity of labor.It presents a dynamic model of a self-propelled gun.An impulse road input simulation was carried out to verify the correctness of the model.The simulation results fit the experiment data very well,and illustrated the correctness of the model.The vehicle was evaluated based on the simulation results of the random road input simulation,and the optimization was carried out to get a better performance.The simulation result shows that,the self-propelled gun gains a good ride comfort.
