摘要
以胸鳍棘作为年龄鉴定材料,对2007年6月至2008年5月采自赤水河中游的511尾大鳍鳠(Mystusmac-ropterus)的年龄结构和生长特性进行了研究。结果显示,6—7月为新年轮形成的高峰期;样本由1-7龄组成,以2龄和3龄个体为主,分别占全部样本数的38.9%和31.3%;体长(L)和体重(W)呈幂指数关系(W=6×10-5L2.638,R=0.937);体长与胸鳍半径(r)呈线性关系(L=200r-49.2,R=0.971);体长生长方程为:Lt=714.5(1-e-0.06935(t+1.2399)),体重生长方程为:Wt=2027.6(1-e-0.06935(t+1.2399))2.638;拐点年龄为12.7龄,相应的体长和体重分别为443.7mm和576.8 g。赤水河大鳍鳠群体的生长速度比嘉陵江群体快。
From June 2007 to May 2008,511 specimens of Mystus macropterus were collected from the middle reaches of the Chishui River for age determination and growth study.New annuli on the pectoral spine were formed mainly in June and July.The age of specimens ranged from 1 to 7,and age groups of 2 and 3 constituted the main part,accounting for 38.9% and 31.3% of the total,respectively.The correlation formula for body length(L) and body weight(W) was:W=6×10-5L2.638(R=0.937).The correlation formula for radius of the pectoral spine(r) and body length(L) was:L=200r-49.2(R=0.971).Growth parameters estimated from the back calculated body length were:L∞=714.5 mm,W∞=2027.6 g,k=0.06935,t0=-1.2399.The body weight growth inflexion point was 12.7 years old,with the corresponding body length of 443.7 mm and body weight of 576.8 g.The results indicated that the growth rate of Mystus macropterus in the Chishui River was greater than that in the Jialing River.
