摘要
斩波串级调速装置是一种调速性能优良、性价比高的调速节能产品,在交流调速中得到了广泛的应用,本文介绍了交流电动机斩波串调系统的主电路拓扑结构,分析其工作原理。斩波控制使系统功率因数得到了提高。斩波开关器件选用IGCT器件代替可控硅斩波器控制方案,改善了系统的调速性能,克服了晶闸管需强迫换流的缺点,线路简单,控制方便。采用TI公司的DSP芯片TMS320LF2407A作为主控芯片,完成了斩波串调系统的数字实现,给出了系统的硬件结构和软件框图,最后给出了实验结果。结果表明系统运行可靠,达到了预期效果。
This paper investigates topology structure of main circuits analyzes principle of chop -wave cascade speed - regulation system. IGCT is used to be chopper instead of thyristor, thus the chopping frequency can be increased one thousand Hz, and the disadvantage of the thruster's force - converter can be overcome; the economic benefit also can be raise with good quality. This paper uses TMS320LF2407A DSP processor as controller. It can achieve control functions and satisfy real - time control demands. At last using models in MATLAB and the system composed of these models, it realized the simulation. The result shows that, it is a practical chop -wave cascade speed -regulation system.
