摘要
目的运用结构方程模型研究中小学教师心理紧张反应及其影响因素。方法采用分层整群随机抽样的方法,抽取乌鲁木齐市11所中小学教师851人作为样本,利用SCL-90量表和总体幸福感量表从两个维度结合结构方程模型来评价中小学教师心理紧张反应。结果 >40岁年龄段SCL-90得分高于30~和20~年龄段;>20年工龄段高于10~和<10年龄段。女性主观总体幸福度高于男性,本科及以上中小学教师高于本科以下学历。影响心理紧张反应的因素有年龄、性别、学历、收入等个体特征,对支持利用度、时间控制、环境紧张因素、注意力需求、时间压力、合作需求、工作组织问题以及合作的可能性工作紧张因素,还有负性生活事件紧张因素都是影响中小学教师心理紧张反应的主要因素。结论年龄越大、工龄越长,心理症状越明显,女性总体幸福感比男性高。
Objective Construct structural equation models to analyze the influential factors of mental strain of the teachers in primary and middle schools.Methods851 participations were sampled with stratified cluster random methods from 11 primary and middle schools in Urumqi.Participations were asked to fill out SCL-90 and General well-being Schedule(GWB) questionnaires.ResultsThe subjects over 40 years older had the highest scores of SCL-90 significantly among three groups,likewise,over 20 years service groups were higher than 10~and under 10 years groups.However females′ GWB scores were higher than males′.It was tending to higher in postgraduate and undergraduate teachers than others groups.The main risk factor of psychological strain were age,sex,academic career,earning,etc.Lack of support availability,time control,environmental stressors,concentration requirements,time pressure,cooperation requirements,work organization problems,cooperation possibilities,negative life events are also the influential factors.ConclusionThe females′ GWB scores were higher than males′ with the greater psychological strain increased,the higher age and services.
