摘要
给出了一种基于DCS组态软件开发模式的智能前端的设计和实现方法。智能前端的设计主要包含了功能模块的输入输出结构体和算法函数库的建立,组态软件调度运行的设计以及与上位机通信的部分设计。以Composer组态软件为例,智能前端实现了上位机的通信,得到组态控制系统中的下装数据,经过数据分析,实现了组态控制系统的功能,并能够通过上位机对其数据进行实时监测。
Based on the developing mode for the configuration software of distributed control system ( DCS), the design and implementation method for an intelligent front-end unit in an industrial DCS is described in this paper, The design of the intelligent front-end mainly included three parts: the establishment of the model structure array and the algorithms functions library, the real-time running of the configuration software and the communication with the engineering station. Take the Composer configuration for example ; it had got the download data from the control system. By analying the data, the intelligent front-end has the function of the control system, and Composer could control and monitor the intelligent front-end.
