摘要 目的:探讨畸变产物耳声发射(DPOAE)在伪聋筛查中的临床应用价值。方法:分别对伪聋组(17耳)、正常对照组(20耳)和感音神经性聋组(32耳)进行DPOAE检测,并进行比较。结果:伪聋组和正常对照组DPOAE的平均检出率分别为96.47%和97.00%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);感音神经性聋组的平均检出率为16.25%,与伪聋组和正常对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:DPOAE是一种较好的伪聋筛查的客观检测方法。 Objective: To explore the value of distortion product otoacoustic emissions (DPOAE) in screening of pseudohypacusis. Methods: DPOAE detection results of three groups including pseudohyp- acusis group,normal health group,sensorineural hearing loss group were observed and compared. Results: The accuracy rate of DPOAE for pseudohypacusis group and the normal health group were 96.47% and 97.00% respectively, which was not significant different (P〈0.05), while the accuracy rate for sensori- neural hearing loss group was 16.25% ,significant different from the other two groups(P〈0.01). Conclusions: Revealing accurate and objective resuIts, DPOAE is a good detection method for screening of pseud- ohypacusis.
