摘要
高校学生辅导员是学生思想政治教育工作的组织实施者,又是学生日常管理的直接执行者,新形势下,加强和改进大学生思想政治教育工作有赖于建设一支高素质的学生辅导员队伍。结合安徽理工大学加强辅导员队伍建设的实践,对辅导员选聘、激励制度,科学流动,专业化、职业化建设进行了探索。
College student instructors are organizers and implementers of students＇ ideological and political education, as well as direct executors of students＇ daily management. Under the new circumstance, to strengthen and improve college students＇ ideological and political education work depends on the construction of a high - quality student instructors＇ team. This paper, based on the practice of strengthening student instructors＇ team in Anhui University of Science and Technology, explores instructors＇ hiring, incentive system, scientific flow, specialization and professional construction, etc.
