摘要
生物技术企业是江苏省高科技产业发展的重要方向,而核心竞争力的培育是促进江苏省生物技术企业发展的关键性策略。江苏省生物科技企业核心竞争力体系包括五个要素:战略管理能力、技术研发能力、市场开发能力、生产运营能力与环境适应能力。根据江苏省生物技术企业运营实践的数据调查,借助于验证性因子分析方法,实证性的研究揭示了企业核心竞争力培育的微观路径机制,发现了优势核心竞争力要素的功能与劣势核心竞争力要素的不足,从而为江苏省生物技术企业核心竞争力的培育提供了现实性的理论借鉴。研究结果表明,江苏省生物技术企业应充分发挥优势微观要素的功能,维持常规微观要素的作用,挖掘劣势微观要素的潜力,才能实现核心竞争能力培育的质的飞跃。
The biotechnology business is an important development direction in Jiangsu Province high-tech industries,and the core competence cultivation is the key strategies to promote the development of biotechnology industry.Core competence system in Jiangsu Province biotechnology consists of five elements： strategic management,technology development,market development,production capability and operation environment.Based on the data survey of biotechnology business operation and by means of certification factor analysis,empirical study may reveal the micro-path mechanism of core competence,and finds its advantage and disadvantage elements function,which may provide realistic theory reference for biotechnology business to cultivate core competence.The research result show that only can biotechnology business give full play to advantage element function,sustain the role of conventional element and dig the potential of disadvantage elements,core competence can be achieved a qualitative leap.
