摘要
通过对普通中学生健身拳全套演练过程中心率和血压生理指标的动态监测,分析健身拳的运动强度和运动规律,并进行运动强度个人感觉评价指标对照,结果表明:健身拳的运动强度和运动量,符合全民健身活动的标准,中学生通过健身拳的练习对心血管系统的发育能够起到积极的促进作用,可以取得良好的健身效果。
22 middle school students were chosen to rehearsal the whole Fitness Boxing.During the process,we monitor the indexes of their heart rate and blood pressure to analyses the exercise intensity and rule,and we judge the exercise intensity.The result shows that the exercise intensity and exercise volume are accordant with the standard of whole people physical exercise.So through the training of Fitness Boxing,the middle school students could get the good effect for health.
