摘要
目的分析医院检验专业人员职业暴露的致伤原因及风险因素,提出安全防护对策和职业暴露发生后的处理措施,以减少检验人员的职业暴露和暴露后感染的发生。方法提高检验专业各种风险因素的思想认识,从加强培训,提高职业防护意识;加强管理,规范操作程序,使用必备的防护用具,实施标准预防;强化生物安全理念,落实必要防护措施做起。结果根据检验人员的工作性质和特点制定切实可行的职业暴露的防护干预措施。结论正确的安全防护对策和职业暴露发生后的处理措施,可最大限度地预防和降低医院检验人员的职业暴露和暴露后感染的发生。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the risk factors of injury causes and occupational exposure in hospital laboratory professionals,proposed security measures and treatment after occupational exposure to reduce the occupational exposure and infection after exposure.METHODS The laboratory professionals thinking of various risk factors were improved to enhance training,increased awareness of occupational protection;strengthen management,standardize procedures,using of necessary protective equipment,implemented the standard precautions;enhanced biological safety concept,and implementation of necessary protective measures.RESULTS According to the laboratory professionals characteristics,the practical occupational exposure protection was developed.CONCLUSION The right security measures and treatment after occupational exposure can mostly prevent and reduce the occupational exposure and infection after occupational exposure.
