调节性T细胞与支气管哮喘的研究进展

摘要 支气管哮喘(简称哮喘)是一种慢性气道炎症性疾病,尤以机体Th2型免疫反应为主要表现,而近年来的大量研究表明调节性T细胞具有抑制Th2型反应的功能。通过对哮喘患者体内的调节性T细胞进行干预,来达到对哮喘的治疗和预防作用,已成为目前哮喘领域研究的热点。 Bronchial asthma is a chronic inflammatory disease of the airway characterized by the Th2 immune response. Recently, a great deal of studies has revealed that regulatory T cells have the ability to suppress Th2 cells. It is the hot spot in the field of bronchial asthma that curing this disease through the intervention to the regulatory T cells in patients.
