摘要
根据相关资料以及转杯纺车间设计的工程实践,论述了转杯纺车间空调系统可采取的气流组织方式以及对应的送风量计算方法、转杯纺机特定的机排风的处理原则和在空调室中设置二次回风阀的必要性。空调系统设计与工艺密切配合,才能满足生产要求。
Based on some data and engineering practices of rotor spinning plant design, the air flow organization mode that is suitable for rotor spinning plant, the way to calculate the supply air volume accordingly and air exhausting principle of the machine are discussed, and the necessity of adding bypass air damper is also described. Only the well conbinationing of air condition system design with the technology can meet the production requirement.
