摘要
目的探讨双因素理论在门诊输液室分组管理中的应用效果。方法对输液室护理工作进行再设计,在实行分组管理的基础上,利用双因素理论指导劳务费分配。结果实施分组管理后患者对护理工作的满意率(95.83%)高于实施前(89.17%),实施后护理投诉发生率(0.0005%)低于实施前(0.004%),患者等候时间从实施前的(18.43±8.12)min缩短到实施后的(9.21±6.23)min,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论将双因素理论引入门诊输液室管理体系,能有效提高工作效率,缩短患者等候时间,提高患者对护理工作的满意度,减少护患纠纷,从而达到最佳管理效果。
Objective To study the effect of the double-factor theory in group management in the outpatient infusion room.Methods Group management was implemented in the outpatient infusion room by applying the double-factor theory and stimulating nurses' conscientiousness by individual service charge.Results After the implementation,the patients' satisfaction rate on nursing work was significantly elevated from 89.17% to 95.83%;the nursing complain rate was significantly reduced from 0.040% to 0.0052%;patients' waiting time was shortened from(18.43±8.12)min to(9.21±6.23)min(P0.05).Conclusion Implementing group management in outpatient infusion room by applying the double-factor theory can effectively improve the work efficiency,shorten patients' waiting time,increase patients'satisfaction rate on nursing work,reduce disputes between patients and nurses,and thus achieve the optimal management effect.
