Improving the Successful Rate of ^(99m)Tc-sestamibi/^(18) F-FDG Imaging Using Coincidence Detection Technology

摘要 目的评价符合探测技术对提高99mTc-MIBI/18F-FDG双核素显像成功率的作用。资料与方法在218例双核素心肌显像中,56例心肌代谢图像质量不满意,改用双探头符合探测采集图像。结果 56例心肌代谢图像质量不满意改用灵敏度更高的双探头符合探测采集后,41例获得了能够用于诊断的图像,显像成功率由74.3%提高到93.1%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.899,P<0.05)。结论心肌代谢显像的图像质量可能受多种因素的影响,提高探测灵敏度可以提高心肌代谢显像的成功率。 Purpose To evaluate the effects of coincidence detection technique in improving the successful rate of 99mTc-MIBI/18F-FDG myocardial tomography with dual imaging using isotope simultaneous acquisition(DISA). Materials and Methods 218 patients underwent 99mTc-MIBI/18F-FDG imaging with DISA. Dual head coincidence detection imaging was acquired in 56 cases with dissatisfied DISA imaging. Results 41 of 56 cases got the satisfied images using coincidence detection technique. The successful rate was improved from 74.3% to 93.1% with significant difference. Conclusion Many factors can influence the imaging quality of 99mTc-MIBI/18F-FDG with DISA, and improving the sensitivity of detection is one of the methods to raise the successful rate of imaging.
