肠道微生态系统与肝病 被引量:1

摘要 大量研究显示肝病的发生、发展与人体肠道微生态系统的变化密切相关。正常情况下,肠道内的各种抗原物质可少量进入门静脉系统,在肝脏内灭活、清除,同时微量的内毒素吸收可使肝脏的网状内皮系统处于激活状态,刺激人体免疫系统,使之处于一种“觉醒”状态。但在肝脏功能受到严重损伤时,肠道微生态可发生显著变化,进而肠道屏障功能受损,肠道细菌及其各种代谢产物大量移位进入肠外器官并形成内毒素血症,
