摘要
人民公社在发展过程中,毛泽东逐渐认识到人民公社混淆了社会主义和共产主义的界限、否定了价值法则和等价交换、没有处理好生产和生活的关系以及"实际上造成了一部分无偿占有别人劳动成果的情况"等问题。针对这种情况,中共中央和毛泽东通过实地调查研究,采取将基本核算单位下放到生产队,取消公共食堂和供给制,对人民公社化运动中无偿调拨的劳动力和财产进行退赔和调整社、队规模等具体措施对人民公社进行调整,部分纠正了人民公社化运动中的"左"倾错误,这对于解决人民公社化运动中暴露出来的诸多问题产生了一定的积极作用。
After the establishment of people＇s commune, a series of questions gradually appeared during its development, which brought great harm to our life and society. The leader of the party central committee headed by Mao Zedong also realized the seriousness of these problems step by step. Therefore, Mao Zedong took many measures to adjust the people＇s commune and partly correct the ＂left Deviation＂ mistakes appeared during the movement to establish people＇ s commune. These measures had great influence on correcting the mistakes and reducing the deviation.
