文献提供工作人员的素质在一定程度上决定了图书馆文献提供能力,文献提供工作人员综合素质的构成要素为智商、情商、灵商和健商,其中智商是顺利完成工作的首要前提,情商是与智商相辅相成的力量,灵商提供创造力与想象力,而健商则是生活圆满和事业成功的重要保障。
The quality of literature provides personnel in certain extent determine the library literature provides the ability, the literature provides personnel for the comprehensive quality of the elements of IQ.EQ,SQ,HQ, IQ is the chiefly premise in finishing a work, EQ and IQ supplement each other, SQ provides creativity and imagination, HQ is an important security of survival and successful.
