摘要
对全球纳米科学-技术发展情报进行比较分析,并尝试解析纳米科学-技术发展过程中的大事件,以期为我国纳米科学-技术发展的重大战略决策提供辅助参考。研究中以纳米科学论文年度分布代表纳米科学的发展趋势,以纳米专利数据年度分布代表纳米技术的发展趋势。全球纳米科学技术发展情报分析和比较结果显示:纳米科学的发展以1990年为界分为早期发展阶段(1960-1990)和高速发展阶段(1990-2010);纳米技术的发展以2001年为界分为早期阶段(1966-2001)和快速发展阶段(2001-2010)。纳米技术的兴起与发展滞后纳米科学10年左右。纳米科学技术领域重大的科学发现和技术发明、重要的国际学术会议的召开和政府的重要战略部署和重点资助等,都会大大推进全球纳米科学技术的发展。
Analyzing and comparing the trend of nanoscience nanotechnology worldwide and try to explain the breaking news,will be of great significance to Chinese policy makers.Nano scientific paper represents nanoscience,and nano patent represents nanotechnology were considered.The result showed that nanoscience was divided into 2 stages by 1990:early stage during 1960-1990,and advanced stage during 1990-2010;nanotechnology was divided into 2 stages by 2001:early stage during 1966-2001,and advanced stage during 2001-2010.It seemed that about 10-year-time-lag between nanoscience and nanotechnology.Great scientific discoveries and technological inventions,significant international meetings and government grand strategies and big fundings all can boost nanoscience and nanotechnology developing.
