我国主要纤维原料制浆废水污染负荷研究分析

摘要 分析了我国制浆造纸纤维原料的结构特点和造纸工业废水污染现状及近些年的变化情况。针对主要造纸纤维原料和制浆方法,采用排污系数的概念分析比较了不同制浆过程的污染负荷,并重点研究了麦草化学制浆过程的CODCr、BOD5的产生规律和影响因素,较为全面地概述了我国造纸工业污染的重点产生源和总体状况。 The structural characteristics of fibre raw materials and the pollution status of the wastewater of China' s pulp and paper industry were investigated. The pollution loads of the main fibre raw materials in different pulping processes were analyzed and compared by using the concept of "pollutant discharge coefficient". The producing rules and influencing factors of CODCr and BODs during wheat straw pulping were studied, and the main sources and general status of the pollution of China' s pulp and paper industry were also introduced.
