摘要
为解决煤矿井下供电越级跳闸现象影响煤矿的安全生产问题,在煤矿井下各采区变电所高压防爆配电装置内安装智能终端,实现模拟量(包括电流量、电压量、开入量)的数字化。应用高速光纤通信和纳秒级同步采样技术,可将精确同步采样的数据送至位于控制室的保护主机进行保护逻辑运算,保护动作时,保护主机通过光纤网络向智能终端发出命令,实现保护跳闸。该井下保护系统经常村煤矿实际投运,取得了良好的效果。
The over tripping phenomenon influences mine safety production.The intelligent terminal is installed in every mining area with high-voltage proof switch substation,which realizes analog volume(including amount of current,voltage,capacity,and opening into the volume) digital.The high-speed optical fiber communication and synchronous sampling technology are applied.The precise synchronous sampling of data is sent to the control room located in the protection room to do logical calculation.When protection action works,the protection main computer sends out command to intelligent terminal by fiber net,which protects the over tripping.This protection system gains good effect by practical operation at Changcun coal mine.
