摘要
文章对国内外的绿色建筑发展状况进行概括,重点研究上海市已开展的绿色建筑工作,从标准规划、技术储备、绿色建筑的评价标识以及低碳示范区等方面进行阐述。针对上海市的气候和资源条件以及已建设的绿色建筑项目,研究和分析了适宜上海市发展绿色建筑的技术,并就上海市还存在的问题作了初步剖析,给出上海市未来发展绿色建筑的建议。
This article summarizes the development situation of green building in China and other countries.Key research work of green building have been carried out in Shanghai,such as the standard plan,technical reserves,evaluation label and low carbon demonstration area.According to Shanghai climate conditions and resources,the construction of green building projects,feasible technologies of Shanghai green building have been studied and analysed.Problems existed in Shanghai also conduct a preliminary analysis,and advice for future development of Shanghai green building.
