鼠李糖乳杆菌CLRI发酵虾壳脱钙的条件及培养基优化 被引量:2

摘要 为减少环境污染,寻求一种新的虾壳脱钙方法替代甲壳素传统生产中的化学脱钙法,对鼠李糖乳杆菌CLRI发酵虾壳脱钙的条件和培养基进行了优化试验。结果表明,最优发酵条件:发酵温度为41℃,发酵周期为50h,初始pH值为6.6,接种量为6%,固液比为3g/20mL,装液量为20mL/100mL。最优培养基:葡萄糖110.68g/L,乙酸钠4.53g/L,柠檬酸氢二铵0.5g/L,酵母膏1.4g/L。在优化后的发酵条件和培养基下,虾壳的脱钙率为99.83%。 The decalcification condition and medium formula of shrimp shell fermented by L.rhamnosus CLRI were optimized to probe the new decalcification method of shrimp shell for reducing environmental pollution.The results showed that the decalcification rate of shrimp shell cultured in the optimum medium with 110.68 g/L glucose,4.53 g/L sodium acetate,0.5 g/L diammonium hydrogen citrate and 1.4 g/L yeast extract could be up to 99.83% under the optimum fermentation condition of initial pH 6.6,6% inoculation amount,3 g/20 mL solid-liquid ratio,20 mL/100 mL solution amount,41℃ and 50 h.
