摘要
通过笼内接种方法观察了桑天牛在12种杨树品种上的产卵选择性和幼虫存活情况,用土壤施药方法比较了5种农药对桑天牛成虫的致死效果。结果表明,桑天牛在不同品种杨树上的产卵选择性和幼虫存活存在显著差异,桑巨杨的抗性表现最好,其次是欧洲黑杨1、07杨,南杨的抗性表现最差。药效试验表明不同农药之间对桑天牛的致死效果存在显著差异,吡虫啉和阿克泰校正死亡率分别达65.8%和40.8%,其它药剂效果较差。
The survival condition of eggs and larvae of Apriona germari in 12 varieties of poplars was observed with the method of cage inoculation and the lethal effects of 5 pesticides on the pest were compared with the soil spraying method.The results showed that the oviposition preference and larval survival of Apriona germari were significantly different among different varieties of poplars.Populus deltoids CL.'Sangju' was the most resistant,Populus nigra and Populus×deltoids cv.'74/76' were the next.Populus deltoids cv.'Nanyang' was the worst resistant.The lethal effects on Apriona germari were significantly different among the 5 pesticides.The corrected mortality of imidacloprid and Actara were 65.8% and 40.8% respectively.The other options were less effective.
