摘要
炼钢车间的钢水运输是靠桥式起重机实现的,而传统的控制方式存在着电能浪费、故障率较高等缺点,容易造成"钢包滑落"等事故。起重机的行走由4台电机驱动,为了使起重机平稳行走,4台电机必须保持同步。结合改造应用实例,针对桥式起重机负载的控制特点,重点介绍了直接转矩变频器控制系统的设计、选型及参数配置,解决了多台电机的负荷平衡问题,克服了"啃轨"现象,减少了设备故障。
Ladle transport was realized by crane,While the traditional control way had power waste,failure rate was higher,Easy to cause "ladle slide" wait for an accident.Crane walking by 4 motors driver,In order to make the crane smoothly walk,4 motor must keep synchronization.According to bridge crane load control characteristics.The DTC inverter control system design,selection and parameter configuration were introduced.Solved the multi-motor load balancing,overcome "bite rail" phenomenon,reduced the equipment failure.
