金属延性断裂过程仿真与损伤破坏准则应用 被引量:3

STUDIES ON SIMULATION OF METAL DUCTILE FRACTURE PROCESS WITH APPLICATION OF DAMAGE CRITERION

摘要 在均质材料损伤破坏准则的理论应用研究基础上,对典型金属构件的非线性载荷—位移响应及其延性断裂过程进行数值仿真研究,发现常规工程数值计算中应用材料应力应变的单一曲线假设模拟构件非线性响应存在较大误差。为提高数值模拟精度,提出复杂应力状态下材料屈服以及非线性应力—应变曲线的理论修正项及其表达式。应用Wilkins延性损伤断裂准则,在Abaqus系统实现算法软件编程的基础上,对不同圆弧缺口及两类带孔板铝合金构件的延性断裂过程进行非线性有限元数值仿真,获得与试验结果吻合良好的应用结论。 The numerical simulations of nonlinear load-displacement behavior and ductile fracture for typical metal components were conducted based on an applied study of isotropic damage failure theory.It is found that obvious error exists when the single curve assumption of von Mises equivalent stress-strain relation for isotropic uniformed materials is used as constitutive law of component.In order to improve the precision of numerical simulation,the stress triaxiality based correction items of initial and successive yields for complicated stress states are proposed.Incorporating the correction algorithms and Wilkins ductile damage failure criterion into Abaqus software system,the simulations of tensile fracture processes were performed for two type round-bar specimens with different notch sizes and two type hole centered plate ones with different thickness,the results of which show that the presented simulations have much better accordance with experimental tests.
