摘要
公共文化服务体系的建设就是要保障全民的文化权利。公共图书馆是公民实现文化权利的重要载体,南京图书馆正通过不断提高服务质量、扩大服务领域和提升服务能力,提高公共文化服务水平,改善文化民生,为促进公共文化服务体系的构建发挥着重要作用。
The Function of building public culture service system is to maintain the cultural rights for all the citizens. Public library is the important carrier of realizing the citizens＇ cultural rights. Nanjing library is improving the level of public cultural service, raising the cultural livelihood and playing an important role of promoting on public culture service system constructions by the mode of improving the grade of service quality, expanding the service field and lifting the service ability constantly.
