摘要
应用Microsoft Excel对中间包浸入式水口的侵蚀量进行了数学模拟,通过模拟计算和实际生产应用,优化了结晶器液面波动和中间包车升降周期等参数,进一步提高了CSP薄板坯连铸机的连浇时间。
The etching amount of immersion nozzle of tundish is mathematically simulated with Microsoft Excel.Through simulation calculation and application in production,the parameters such as liquid surface fluctuation of mold and go-up-and-down period of tundish vehicle are optimized;the casting life of caster for CSP thin slab is further increased.
