国内外干细胞研究和产业发展态势分析 被引量:18

摘要 干细胞研究是近年来生物医学领域的热门方向之一,干细胞产业具有巨大的社会效益和市场前景,受到世界各国的高度重视。美国、欧盟、日本、韩国和中国在干细胞领域投入重金支持基础和临床研究,大力推动干细胞产业化发展。通过对比分析国内外干细胞研究和产业化发展现状,我们发现中国对干细胞治疗存在巨大的潜在需求,近年来在干细胞研究和产业化方面也取得了较大进展,但是与发达国家相比仍存在较大差距。为抢占未来干细胞研究和产业发展的制高点,中国应该不断加强干细胞研究的原始创新能力建设、创新发展模式,积极推动风险投资和金融资本进入干细胞产业,重视配套法律法规建设,大力推进干细胞产业发展。 Stein cell research is one of the hot research fields in biomedicine nowadays. Many countries attach importance to the stem cell industry because of the great social benefits and market potential. USA, EU, Japan, Korea and China have increased the input of capital dramatically to promote the basic and clinical research of stem cell as well as stem cell industry. By comparing the situation of stem cell research and industry at home and abroad, we found that, with the biggest population, China is the country with the great demand of stem cell. In recent years, an obvious progress has been made in both stem cell research and industry, however, the gap between China and the developed countries still exists. To seize a commanding elevation of stem cell research and industry, China should increase the original innovation ability of stem cell research, innovate the developmental pattern, encourage venture capital to engage in stem cell industry and consummate the Chinese laws and regulations related to stem cell.
