微量注射泵阻塞报警延迟的影响因素分析 被引量:10

摘要 目的评估微量注射泵阻塞报警的延迟时间,对相关影响因素进行分析,同时探讨其临床对策。方法采取体外模拟试验的方法,使用医用三通人为制造输液管路阻塞。研究第一部分,以注射速度、报警压力界限、注射器规格、注射器品牌为变量,分别记录不同条件下微量注射泵的报警延迟时间,使用SPSS11.5软件,采用独立样本t检验、采用单因素方差分析、近似F检验进行数据比较。研究第二部分,以注射速度、注射器内剩余液体量为变量,在不同报警压力界限下行阻塞试验,记录阻塞报警时间,使用SPSS11.5软件,进行多元逐步回归分析、曲线估计、拟合曲线方程。结果①微量注射泵存在报警延迟,延迟时间从2.8±0.4min到31.3±6.4min不等;②注射速度慢、大规格注射器、报警界限高都会延长报警延迟时间,注射器品牌对报警延迟也有影响;③注射器内剩余液体量对阻塞报警延迟时间无影响,注射速度与阻塞报警延迟时间呈负相关,曲线估计提示注射速度与阻塞报警延迟时间存在逆函数曲线关系。结论应当认识到微量注射泵存在阻塞报警延迟;提高注射速度、使用较小的注射器和顺应性差的输液管路、设定较低的报警压力界限可缩短阻塞报警延迟时间。 Objective: TO assess the delayed time of the syringe pump occlusion alarm and to analyse related factors and to explore its clinical strategy.Methods:The simulated test was adopted in vitro by using stopcock to make the infusion tube occlude.In the first part of the study,the flow rate,alarm pressure limits,syringe size and brand were taken as the variables,the delayed time of the syringe pump occlusion alarm under different conditions was recorded,then the data were compared with the SPSS11.5 software,independent samples t test,one-way ANOVA analysis and F-test.In the second part of the study,the flow rate and remaining liquid volume in the syringes were taken as the variables,the occlusion alarm time in different alarm pressure limits was recorded,then the multiple stepwise regression analysis,curve estimation and the fitting curve equation were made with SPSS11.5 software.Results: ①Occlusion alarm delay existed in syringe pumps,the delayed time ranged from 2.8±0.4min to 31.3±6.4min;②Lower infusion rates,larger springes and higher alarm limits increased alarm delay,while the brand of the syringe also affected the result;③ syringe's remaining liquid volume had no effect on the occlusion alarm delay time,there was negative correlation between the flow rate and the occlusion alarm delay time,the estimated curve indicated that there was inverse relationship between the flow rate and the occlusion alarm delay time.Conclusion:The existence of syringe pump occlusion alarm delay should be recognized.The occlusion alarm delay time may be shortened by increasing the flow rate,using the smaller syringes and poor compliance infusion tube and setting lower occlusion alarm limit.
