摘要
在具体分析新一轮土地利用规划实施保障措施存在的主要问题的基础上,构建土地利用总体规划的实施保障体系,并提出制定土地利用规划实施保障措施的原则和依据。
Based on the concrete analysis of the main problems of the new revision of overall land use planning of safeguards,the implementation of the security system of the general plan of land use was constructed.Furthermore,principles and the basis for formulating the safeguard measures for urban planning implementation were put forward.
