摘要
[目的]探讨保水剂对土壤水分蒸发及荆芥干旱胁迫下生长的影响。[方法]通过室外盆栽试验和室内模拟试验,研究了不同浓度保水剂对荆芥在干旱胁迫条件下生长(叶绿素含量和叶片萎蔫天数)的影响及对土壤含水量的影响。[结果]经保水剂处理的土壤含水量高于对照,但却加速了荆芥萎蔫,且降低了叶片叶绿素含量。[结论]保水剂虽能提高土壤含水量,却也限制了植物对水的吸收利用。
[Objective] The aim was to study effects of absorbent agent on soil moisture and the growth of Schizonepeta under drought stress.[Method] Effects of different concentrations of absorbent agent on soil moisture and the growth of Schizonepeta(chlorophyll content and wilting leaves days) under drought stress were studied by Schizonepeta indoor simulation experiment and pot experiment.[Result] The soil moisture treated by absorbent agent was higher than control,but absorbent agent also improved the wilting of Schizonepeta and decreased the content of chlorophyll.[Conclusion] Absorbent agent can improve the soil moisture,but it also limits the water absorption of plants.
