摘要
[目的]研究橘梗(Platycodon grandiflorum A.DC)光合作用日变化特征,为其生产栽培提供参考。[方法]采用Li-6400便携式光合作用测定系统测定一天中不同时间段橘梗的光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度及光合有效辐射强度,并对其光响应曲线进行拟合。[结果]橘梗的光合速率日变化趋势呈双峰曲线,有明显的"午休"现象;相关分析结果表明,橘梗光合速率中午降低是气孔限制因素导致的;橘梗的光饱和点为1 418μmol/(m2.s),光补偿点为68μmols/(m2.s),表观量子效率为0.067 7。[结论]橘梗属于阴生植物,对弱光的利用能力较强。
[Objective] To study the diurnal variation of photosynthesis of P.grandiflorum A.DC,in order to provide references for its cultivation.[Method]By using LI-6400 portable photosynthesis system,the photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,stomatal conductance,intercellular CO2 concentration and photosynthetic active radiation of P.grandiflorum A.DC at different time periods of a daywere detected,and its photoresponse curve was fitted.[Result]The diurnal variation of photosynthetic rate showed a two-peaked curve and an obvious "noon-break";as indicated by the correlation analysis result,the noon decrease of photosynthetic rate was caused by the stomata factors;the light saturation point was 1 418 μmol/(m2·s),the light compensation point was 68 μmol/(m2·s) and the apparent quantum efficiency was 0.067 7.[Conclusion]P.grandiflorum A.DC was shade plant,and it had strong ability to use low light.
