摘要
根据中医"久病及肾"、"五脏之伤,穷必及肾"的学术思想,探讨慢性乙型病毒性肝炎的病程演变,提出治疗肝病不止实脾,实脾的同时也当滋肾,因而从肾论治肝病亦应成为中医治疗慢性肝病的一个重要途径。
According to Chinese traditional medicine thinking ＂Chronic illness affecting kidney＂,to discuss the course of the evolution of chronic hepatitis B,and proposed treatment of liver disease with tonifying the spleen and benefiting the kidney. Treatment of liver disease from the kidney and therefore should become an important part of treatment of chronic liver disease.
