不同材质分离胶管对血清K^+和GLU测定的影响 被引量:2

The change of serum potassium and blood glucose in separation gel vacuum collective tube with different materials

摘要 目的:研究玻璃和塑料两种材质分离胶真空采血管对血清K+和GLU测定的影响。方法:收集经相同条件离心后含有相同高度红细胞层的分离胶采血管,两类材质分离胶真空采血管各100支,弃去上层血清,保留分离胶及红细胞层,不同材质的采血管分别分成20支一组,每种材质均为5组,分别在每组采血管中添加新鲜混合血清1.4 ml、1.0 ml、0.8 ml、0.6 ml0、.4 ml,测定放置不同时间后K+、GLU的结果。结果:当血清量从0.4 ml至1.4 ml变化中,两类材质分离胶管在4 h内测定K+和GLU无差别(P>0.05),24 h后每两组间的K+均有统计学意义,GLU在48 h后检定结果均有差别(P<0.01)。结论:不同材质分离胶管保存的血清其中成份的稳定性是不同的,塑料材质分离胶管可提供最佳品质的检测标本,使检验报告更加精准。 Objective: To study the effect on serum potassium and blood glucose of blood preservation in separation gel vacuum collective tube made with glass materials and plastic materials.Methods: The separation gel vacuum collective tube made with glass materials and plastic materials were prepared 100 respectively.To collect separation gel vacuum collective tubes with the same height of erythrocytes layer after centrifugalization,discard upper serum and keep separation gel and erythrocytes layers.The collective tubes with different materials were divided respectively into per group 20,and each materials tube is 5 groups. Then mixed serum of 1.4 ml,1.0 ml,0.8 ml,0.6 ml and 0.4 ml were added into these collective tubes of each group respectively for the detection of K+ and GLU in several hours. Results: When serum capacity changed from 0.4 ml to 1.4 ml,there is no difference in the result of K+,GLU in 4 hours between these two groups(P 0.05);After 24 hours,the result of K+ between the two groups were statistically significant,while the result of GLU were statistically significant between two groups after 48 hours(P0.01).Conclusion: The serum preservation in separation gel vacuum collective tube made with plastic materials is obviously more stable than in glass materials.The separation gel vacuum collective tubes made with plastic materials can provide the best blood specimens for clinic laboratory which result in more accurate results.
